Dr. Strange is a Marvel Superhero set in the Avengers Universe. The Marvel Comics Universe (MCU) has rolled out a fair number of movies in these past years. Dr. Strange is one of it’s top grossing hits for a single Marvel super hero (beating Iron Man, Ant Man, Thor and Hulk).
This is as much a post on Analytics as one on Design. It is about how an organization can design to be better at what it does by choosing the right measures of success.
This in itself gives me a high, because it’s a personal insight.
I am all for a bunch of people celebrating a festival. Don’t get me wrong. However, amidst these celebrations (and some of these are at massive scale), is the main point lost?

I have been reading a lot these days, especially after sign-up for the 40 Book a Year challenge on GoodReads.
I should be done by the month of September and am looking to hitting 50 books this year. Thats almost a book a week, and I could not be happier.

For all the awesome things that Google does, there are always concerns about privacy, data sharing and access to insane personal information. So much so that there is an interesting site out there in the blue nothing – One Day without Google.
This got me thinking. As a collective, we criticize the Search Giant so much, but if it were not for Google, what would we be doing now?
