I have covered this earlier, and a lot of folks who work in web analytics have been talking about getting huge chunks of traffic from Samara Oblast.
2016 – A Year in Review
As the year whittles down to a close, I’d like to look back towards both the highs and the lows of this year. Hopefully, I can then celebrate more such highs and try not to repeat the mistakes of the past year. If you are receiving a bunch of traffic from Russia, then it’s most likely spammy traffic. This traffic will never convert and will always be a small set of users, however with a decently large number of sessions.
